How to use AI to create marketing videos for small business

The Leedz uses a custom Claude skill to produce narrated marketing videos from screenshots. The workflow is simple: drop screenshots in an assets folder, write a short script (one line per slide), and Claude orchestrates TTS audio generation and FFmpeg video compositing into a finished 1080x1080 MP4 with background music. No video editor, no Adobe subscription. The whole pipeline runs locally with Python, OpenAI TTS, and FFmpeg. This video was made with that exact process.
